Bairnsdale International is formerly the Mercure Bairnsdale.
Our restaurant Maisey's is open 7 days a week for breakfast between 7.00am and 9.30am and dinner Monday to Saturday between 6.00pm and 9.00pm. Maisey's is a casual dining experience with a bar attached. We also have a small gym with an indoor spa. A conference room sitting up to 60 people is also available for hire.
